What this site does

The same stock can now trade in several places: stock tokens on exchanges (such as bStocks, xStocks and Ondo tokens), stock perpetuals, and stock tokens on-chain. We put these side by side so you can quickly answer where to buy a stock token, where it is cheapest and where it trades most actively.

Where the data comes from

Centralized exchanges: Binance, OKX, Bybit, Gate, Bitget, MEXC, BingX, using each exchange's public market data.

On-chain perpetual platforms: Hyperliquid, Aster.

On-chain stock tokens: Solana prices and liquidity come from Jupiter; Ethereum and BNB Chain from DexScreener. Official contract addresses come from the asset list published by Backed, the issuer of xStocks, and Ondo's official token list on GitHub. There are many copycat tokens on-chain, so we only include issuer-published contracts.

How often it updates

Prices, volume and funding rates refresh every 3 min. Premium and price history is recorded hourly and kept for about six months.

How the underlying price and premium are calculated

The underlying price comes from the venues' index quotes for the stock; when several venues quote it we use the median to avoid a single venue's outlier. While the US market is closed (overnight and weekends) the index may not be live, so the premium is indicative only.

A stock token's premium = token price ÷ (underlying price × shares per token) − 1. Positive means the token trades above the stock; negative means below. For perpetuals, the premium is the contract price relative to its own index.

The "Best price" label only considers tokens with enough volume and, on-chain, enough liquidity, so a quote with almost no trading is never labeled the best price.

Why some tokens trade at several times the share price

One stock token does not always equal one share. After a stock split or reverse split, or when an issuer turns dividends into extra shares, a token may represent 10 shares, 0.1 shares or 1.02 shares. When a venue publishes the shares per token we use it; when it does not and the price ratio matches a common split ratio, we apply that ratio and show "1 token ≈ N shares"; otherwise we don't show a premium. Both xStocks and Ondo turn dividends into extra shares, so tokens with an unknown share count are left out of the premium rankings.

How regional availability is checked

We read each venue's terms of service for mainland China, Hong Kong, Taiwan and Southeast Asian countries, record the date and a link to the terms, and re-check them regularly. Pages only distinguish three cases: excluded by the terms, not listed in the terms, and not yet confirmed. Not being listed does not mean it is legal locally or that stock tokens are offered there. Pick "My region" at the top of the page and stock pages will flag venues that may not be available to you. See the full exchange comparison.

Prices, premiums, funding rates and new listings are compiled automatically from each venue's public data at the frequency described above, and every calculation is explained on this page. Guides, the glossary and topic introductions are written by our editorial team; articles show their publication and update dates, and anything about venue rules, regulation or product terms is reviewed when those rules change.
